Same Day Delivery
Same day cutoff time is 9AM. If you place an order for same day delivery after that time it automatically rolls over to our orders for the next day. Please call to order for same day delivery to see if there is availability.
Fruit Orders
ALL FRUIT ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Any early fruit orders may be subject to a later delivery time, due to the time it takes to gather fresh fruit, prep/make and allow any chocolate to set.
Substitution Policy
Due to the nature of season and regional availability of specific flowers it is at times necessary to make substitutions to a flower of equal or of greater value. We will make every effort to create the arrangement as requested by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color scheme.
Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time due to working solo, we normally make deliveries in rounds. Our rounds are typically at 11am, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm.
If Recipient is Not Present at Place of Delivery:
Depending on delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the delivery driver may contact the recipient and leave the arrangement upon request or arrange further delivery options.
Request to Leave Item at Door:
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave an arrangement. We highly discourage special instructions requesting to leave arrangements on the doorstep, porch, yard, or any location the recipient cannot accept the arrangement for themselves. Due to COVID-19 this is a common request and we are always more than willing to submit to any requests made by our customers. With that being stated, we will not be held responsible for any missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Delivering to Hospitals or Other Assisted Living Facilities:
We do our best when delivering to any assisted living facility but please be aware that with most of these deliveries we are only granted little access inside of these facilities and often have to leave the arrangement with a receptionist or front desk agent. Please be very specific with name and room numbers ensuring that the delivery can make it in the hands of your loved ones.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any order cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. Any orders made and cancelled same day will only be refunded up to 80%. Any orders made in advance and cancelled same day order is to go out will be given shop credit only to cover cost of supplies and labor.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Refunds will be given based on Flawless Florals discretions and after proof of an issue has been shown to us. If a replacement is available, they will be offered to the customer as compensation. Refunds will only be given if a replacement is not available or based on the type and the severity of the situation.
If there is an issue with your product and you notify us within the (12hrs for fresh cut flowers & 48hrs for plants) allowed period, you will be asked to provide proof. If you discard the product before discussing an issue with us, we are not liable. Product must be returned for refund.
NO EXCEPTIONS
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BOOKED.
